Merry & Bright

I LOVE THIS TIME OF YEAR PEOPLE!! 
We went to one of my favorite spots to take photos and did some of the kids for the holiday season! (+ we had to add in our FAV football team into the photos. GO BRONCOS!) 
The holidays have become more and more fun every year as our family grows in both age and size. This will be our first Christmas with a family of four and I am so excited. Riggins and Emmy are already all over the presents under the tree and Riggs may have opened one or two as well. (Good thing I can rewrap them.) 
I hope that everyone has a happy holiday season and that we can hug our little ones extra tight and love on them. You haven't seen the true enjoyment of the holidays until you see it through a child's eyes. They make everything so much more meaningful and enjoyable. Take time to be with your loved ones and enjoy the simple things that this season brings.





 We got way more of bubba becomes Emmy will not sit still.

Brooks' Birth Story

Brooks' pregnancy was by far my hardest. The struggles with sickness, body pain in every way including a hernia, and the mental battles that I faced was almost too much for me. I know without a doubt that the Lord was aware of me and made up for that which I couldn't.  The only fun part of this pregnancy was not knowing what we were having! Why I Chose To Be Married In The Temple - LDS

The most forward answer I can give is- I chose an eternal marriage, not a earthly one.  I chose to be with the love of my life FOREVER. If some of you don't know, "Eternal" means- lasting or existing forever; without end. For some people this may seem so "out there" or "unreal," yet I look at it and know without a doubt that it is REAL and it is OUT THERE, that's what makes it so amazing and exciting. Now, I know some of you may be thinking that I did it because that's just what Mormons do, or that I feared my parents if I didn't, etc. I am here to tell you that I full heartedley chose for myself, on what I know to be true and how I feel.
